Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with skin laser cosmetology and its influence on postoperative psychological state and quality of life. Methods A total of 88 patients who underwent skin laser cosmetology in our hospital from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 44 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The psychological status, recurrence, clinical related indicators, quality of life and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The recurrence rate of disease in the observation group was 2.27%, which was lower than 13.64% in the control group (P <0.05). The scab, wound healing and scab shedding time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of physical function, psychological function, physiological function and emotional function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing has a better intervention effect in patients with skin laser cosmetic surgery, which can improve the negative emotions of patients, reduce the risk of disease recurrence, and have a positive impact on the prognosis and quality of life of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
