Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of sunscreen nursing on patients with skin laser cosmetic. Methods A total of 100 patients who received skin laser cosmetic treatment in Jinan Dermatology Prevention and Treatment Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given sunscreen nursing. The pain degree, psychological state, recurrence rate, nursing satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The pain score of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing, and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The recurrence rate of the observation group was 2.00%, which was lower than 14.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.00%, which was lower than 20.00% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Sunscreen nursing for patients with skin laser cosmetic can help reduce the recurrence rate of the disease, relieve postoperative pain and negative emotions, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve patient satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application.
