    目的 比较调Q 1064 nm激光与M22超光子技术治疗黄褐斑的效果。方法 选取2020年8月-2022年 8月南京秀可儿医疗美容诊所收治的90例黄褐斑患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各45例。对 照组应用调Q 1064 nm激光治疗,研究组应用M22超光子技术治疗,比较两组临床疗效、VISIA皮肤图像分 析结果、皮肤性质检测结果及治疗时间。结果 两组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05); 研究组治疗后色素斑、皱纹、纹理、毛孔及紫质评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究 组治疗后pH值、水分、弹性、油脂检测结果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组治疗起 效时间、总治疗时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 M22超光子技术和调Q 1064 nm激光技术 治疗黄褐斑均可获得理想的效果,治疗疗程无明显差异,但M22超光子技术改善肤质的效果更佳,有利于 促进皮损恢复。

    Abstract:

    Objective To compare the effect of Q-switched 1064 nm laser and M22 advanced optimal pulse technology in the treatment of chloasma. Methods A total of 90 patients with chloasma admitted to Nanjing Xiukeer Medical Beauty Clinic from August 2020 to August 2022 were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 45 patients in each group. The control group was treated with Q-switched 1064 nm laser, and the study group was treated with M22 advanced optimal pulse technology. The clinical efficacy, VISIA skin image analysis results, skin property test results and treatment time were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (P >0.05). After treatment, the scores of pigment spots, wrinkles, texture, pores and porphyrins in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the results of pH value, moisture, elasticity and oil in the study group were better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the treatment onset time and total treatment time between the two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion Both M22 advanced optimal pulse technology and Q-switched 1064 nm laser technology can achieve ideal results in the treatment of chloasma, and there is no significant difference in the course of treatment. However, M22 advanced optimal pulse technology has a better effect on improving skin quality and is conducive to promoting the recovery of skin lesions.
