Objective To explore the application value of adipose matrix complex (AMC) combined with adipose gel SVF-gel in the filling of facial nasal base depression. Methods A total of 104 patients with facial nasal base depression diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and study group, with 52 patients in each group. The control group was filled with high-density adipose+adipose gel, and the study group was filled with adipose matrix complex combined with adipose gel SVF-gel. The severity of wrinkles, clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After 3 months of treatment, the scores of wrinkle severity in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the study group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the study group (98.08%) was higher than that of the control group (86.54%) (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group (3.85%) was lower than that in the control group (21.15%) (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of adipose matrix complex combined with adipose gel SVF-gel in facial nasal base depression filling can alleviate the severity of wrinkles, improve the overall treatment effect, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
