Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of nano silver antibacterial dressing combined with Shengji Yufu ointment in the treatment of patients with Ⅱ degree scald. Methods From October 2022 to April 2024, 40 patients with Ⅱ degree scald admitted to the Department of Pediatric Surgery of Yuncheng County People's Hospital were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 20 patients in each group. The control group was treated with Shengji Yufu ointment, and the observation group was treated with nano-silver antibacterial dressing combined with Shengji Yufu ointment. The therapeutic effect, healing time, pain degree and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%, which was higher than 70.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The wound healing time of the observation group was (2.87±0.30)weeks, which was shorter than (4.14±0.35)weeks of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After 1 and 2 weeks of treatment, the VAS score of the observation group was (3.21±1.06)scores and (1.98±0.46)scores, which were lower than (4.65±1.00)scores and (2.70±0.52)scores of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). After 1 week of treatment, the scores of each dimension of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Nano silver antibacterial dressing combined with Shengji Yufu ointment can shorten the wound healing time, relieve pain and improve the therapeutic effect in patients with Ⅱ degree scald.
