Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing on patients undergoing intradermal cosmetic suture after laparotomy. Methods From January 2022 to October 2023,70 patients who underwent elective laparotomy in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Dongming County People 's Hospital were selected as the research objects. All patients underwent intradermal cosmetic suture after operation. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 35 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with high quality nursing. The incidence of complications, rehabilitation process indicators and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.86%, which was lower than 17.14% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The postoperative ambulation time, anal exhaust time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than 88.57% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of high quality nursing in patients undergoing intradermal cosmetic suture after laparotomy is effective, which is helpful to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, accelerate postoperative rehabilitation, and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
