Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of health education and psychological nursing in patients with burn and plastic surgery. Methods A total of 94 patients with burn and plastic surgery admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to May 2024 were randomly divided into reference group and experimental group, with 47 patients in each group. The reference group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given health education and psychological nursing on the basis of the reference group. The psychological status, quality of life, pain degree, health knowledge mastery and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group after nursing were lower than those of the reference group (P <0.05). The scores of each dimension of quality of life in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group (P <0.05). The VAS score of the experimental group after nursing was lower than that of the reference group (P <0.05). The score of health knowledge mastery after nursing in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.87%, which was higher than 85.11% of the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion Health education and psychological nursing are effective in pati ents with burn and plastic surgery, which can effectively regulate their negative emotions, improve the quality of life, help to relieve pain, improve the health cognition level of patients, and have positive significance for improving nursing satisfaction.
