    目的 分析在烧伤整形患者中应用健康教育及心理护理的效果。方法 选取2022年5月-2024年 5月我院收治的94例烧伤整形患者为研究对象,随机分为参照组和试验组,每组47例。参照组采用常 规护理,试验组在参照组基础上开展健康教育及心理护理,比较两组心理状况、生活质量、疼痛程度、健 康知识掌握程度及护理满意度。结果 试验组护理后SAS、SDS评分均低于参照组(P <0.05);试验组护 理后生活质量各维度评分均高于参照组(P <0.05);试验组护理后VAS评分低于参照组(P <0.05);试 验组护理后健康知识掌握程度评分高于参照组(P <0.05);试验组护理满意度为97.87%,高于参照组的 85.11%(P<0.05)。结论 健康教育及心理护理在烧伤整形患者中应用效果确切,可有效调节其负面情绪, 改善生活质量,有利于缓解疼痛,提高患者的健康认知水平,对于提升护理满意度具有积极意义。

    Abstract:

    Objective To analyze the effect of health education and psychological nursing in patients with burn and plastic surgery. Methods A total of 94 patients with burn and plastic surgery admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to May 2024 were randomly divided into reference group and experimental group, with 47 patients in each group. The reference group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given health education and psychological nursing on the basis of the reference group. The psychological status, quality of life, pain degree, health knowledge mastery and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group after nursing were lower than those of the reference group (P <0.05). The scores of each dimension of quality of life in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group (P <0.05). The VAS score of the experimental group after nursing was lower than that of the reference group (P <0.05). The score of health knowledge mastery after nursing in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.87%, which was higher than 85.11% of the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion Health education and psychological nursing are effective in pati ents with burn and plastic surgery, which can effectively regulate their negative emotions, improve the quality of life, help to relieve pain, improve the health cognition level of patients, and have positive significance for improving nursing satisfaction.
