Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing on patients undergoing double eyelid surgery combined with lower eyelid bag correction. Methods From February 2022 to May 2023, 46 patients who underwent double eyelid surgery combined with lower eyelid bag correction in the Department of Medical Cosmetology, Beijing Haidian Hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into routine group and experimental group by random number table method, with 23 patients in each group. The routine group was treated with routine nursing, and the experimental group was treated with high quality nursing. The postoperative visual acuity and eye function, hospitalization time, psychological status, nursing satisfaction, complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The tear secretion, tear film rupture time, corneal fluorescence staining and visual function of the experimental group were better than those of the routine group (P <0.05). The hospitalization time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the routine group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the routine group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 95.65 %, which was higher than 65.22 % of the routine group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the routine group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The scores of physiological function, physical pain, social function and mental health in the experimental group were higher than those in the routine group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of high quality nursing for patients undergoing double eyelid surgery combined with lower eyelid bag correction is better, which can meet the expectations of patients for nursing services, reduce the negative emotions and reduce the risk of complications. Meanwhile, it is effectively improve the eye function, shorten the hospitalization time and improve the quality of life of patients.
