Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of systematic nursing intervention on postoperative psychological status, quality of Life and prognosis satisfaction of patients with entropion correction. Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent entropion correction in our hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given systematic nursing. The psychological status, complications, appearance satisfaction, compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The appearance satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 2 weeks and 1 month after nursing (P <0.05). The psychological compliance, medication compliance and diet compliance of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). The SF-36 score of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of systematic nursing intervention on patients after entropion correction is better, which can improve the psychological status of patients, and is conducive to improving patients' satisfaction and compliance with appearance, and the incidence of late complications is low, and the recovery effect of patients is good.
