Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effect of unipolar radiofrequency combined with focused ultrasound in antiaging and its effect on skin wrinkles and facial contours. Methods A total of 100 anti-aging patients admitted to Shanghai Huamei Medical Beauty Hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group and combined group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with unipolar radiofrequency Thermage, and the combined group was treated with unipolar radiofrequency combined with focused ultrasound. The improvement of skin wrinkles, facial contour, incidence of adverse reactions and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After 3 months of treatment, the rating of outer canthus wrinkles, lower eyelid wrinkles and nasolabial wrinkles in the two groups was lower than that before treatment, and the rating of outer canthus wrinkles, lower eyelid wrinkles and nasolabial wrinkles in the combined group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the mandibular height and mandibular margin angle of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those of the combined group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in neck angle between the two groups (P >0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was 24.00%, which was higher than 16.00% in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P >0.05). The treatment satisfaction of the combined group was 82.00%, which was higher than 64.00% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Unipolar radiofrequency combined with focused ultrasound can effectively improve the skin wrinkles and facial contour of patients, with low incidence of adverse reactions and high treatment satisfaction.
