Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of standardized nursing in all-ceramic aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth. Methods A total of 72 patients who underwent all-ceramic aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth in our hospital from January to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 36 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received standardized nursing. The repair awareness, oral health behavior, repair success rate, complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The cognitive scores of disease occurrence factors, repair operation methods, postoperative complications and related precautions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The proportion of brushing times ≥2 times, brushing time ≥2 min and correct brushing method in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The success rate of repair in the observation group was 88.89%, which was higher than 66.67% in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.56%, which was lower than 22.22% in the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction scores of tooth shape, color, arrangement, pronunciation and overall condition in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of standardized nursing in all-ceramic aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth is effective, which can improve the patient's awareness of restoration, promote the formation of oral health behavior, help to reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the quality of anterior teeth restoration and patient satisfaction.
