Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of standardized nursing in patients with anterior teeth all-ceramic aesthetic restoration and its influence on repair effect and comfort degree. Methods A total of 56 patients who underwent all-ceramic aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth in our hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 28 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given standardized nursing on the basis of the control group. The repair effect, comfort degree, nursing quality, nursing satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of repair in the observation group was 96.43%, which was higher than 78.57% in the control group (P <0.05). The comfort score of the observation group at the end of nursing and 1 week after nursing was higher than thatof the control group (P <0.05). The scores of nursing quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.14%, which was lower than 28.57% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with anterior teeth all-ceramic aesthetic restoration, standardized nursing can improve the repair effect and comfort degree, improve the quality of nursing and nursing satisfaction. Meanwhile, it it help to reduce the risk of complications after repair, which is worthy of clinical application.
