    目的 探讨在二氧化碳术后应用创面湿性愈合护理的效果及对创面愈合时间及瘢痕情况的影响。 方法 选取2022年8月-2024年2月于中山市民众医院皮肤科行二氧化碳激光术的60例患者为研究对象,采 用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组予以创面干性愈合护理,观察组予以创面湿性愈 合护理,比较两组创面愈合时间、瘢痕情况、疼痛程度、瘢痕改善效果、不良反应发生情况及护理满意 度。结果 观察组创面愈合时间短于对照组(P <0.05);观察组干预后VSS评分低于对照组(P <0.05); 观察组干预后VAS评分低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组瘢痕改善总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的80.00% (P <0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的30.00%(P <0.05);观察组护理满意度为 93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。结论 二氧化碳术后应用创面湿性愈合护理可缩短创面愈合时 间,减轻瘢痕,有利于降低疼痛程度,减少不良反应的发生风险,提高瘢痕改善效果及护理满意度,值得 临床应用。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the effect of wet wound healing nursing after carbon dioxide surgery and its effect on wound healing time and scar condition. Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent carbon dioxide laser surgery in the Department of Dermatology, Zhongshan Minzhong Hospital from August 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was given dry wound healing nursing, and the observation group was given wet wound healing nursing. The wound healing time, scar condition, pain degree, scar improvement effect, adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The wound healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group (P <0.05). After intervention, the VSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after intervention (P <0.05). The total effective rate of scar improvement in the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 80.00% in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%, which was lower than 30.00% in the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than 73.33% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of wet wound healing nursing after carbon dioxide surgery can shorten the wound healing time, reduce the scar, reduce the degree of pain, reduce the risk of adverse reactions, improve the scar improvement effect and nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
