Abstract:Objective To analyze the application value and safety of subcutaneous implantation of polydioxanone (PPDO) line in facial rejuvenation. Methods A total of 84 people who sought beauty in Wuyi Orthopedic Hospital from July 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects. According to the different treatment schemes, they were divided into control group and experimental group, with 42 people in each group. The control group was treated with facial injection, and the experimental group was treated with facial injection + subcutaneous implantation of poly PPDO line. The facial contour parameters, facial rejuvenation improvement score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the lower face width, lower face length, middle face length and chin angle in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The GAIS score of the experimental group after treatment was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion For people with facial injection rejuvenation treatment, PPDO line subcutaneous implantation can improve the improvement effect of facial contour rejuvenation and the overall facial beauty effect, and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions, with higher safety.
