Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of oral refined nursing under the mode of health care integration for maxillary sinus lifting dental implantation and its influence on oral function and masticatory function of patients. Methods From January to July 2024, 30 patients with maxillary sinus elevation dental implantation in our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 15 patients in each group. The control group was treated with traditional oral implant postoperative nursing, and the observation group was treated with oral refined nursing under the mode of health care integration. The oral function, daily activity ability, masticatory function, quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of speech function, swallowing function and smile display in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of personal care, intake diet and indoor activity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). After nursing, the scores of hard food, soft food and sticky food in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of oral health, mental health and comprehensive life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction scores of nursing attitude and communication, nursing operation skills and nursing service attitude in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Under the mode of health care integration, oral refined nursing has a positive impact on maxillary sinus lifting dental implantation, which effectively improves the quality of life and oral health of patients.
