Abstract:Objective To explore the nursing effect of whole course nursing intervention on patients with eye plastic surgery and its influence on complications. Methods A total of 300 patients with eye plastic surgery admitted to Qianxinan People's Hospital from May 2022 to March 2024 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 150 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received whole course nursing intervention. The nursing effect, complications, negative emotions, quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of cosmetic effect, eyelid shape and eye function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group (2.00%) was lower than that in the control group (9.33%) (P <0.05). After intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The SF-36 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after intervention (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group (98.67%) was higher than that of the control group (80.67%) (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of whole course nursing intervention in patients undergoing eye plastic surgery has been proved to be effective. It can effectively improve physical and mental health, ensure nursing effect, improve patients' quality of life and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications. It is safe and helpful to improve patients' satisfaction with nursing services.
