Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of refinef facial nursing on the quality of life and negative emotions of acne patients treated with intensive pulsed light. Methods A total of 60 patients with acne admitted to our hospital from August 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received refined facial nursing. The quality of life, self-care ability, compliance, negative emotions, nursing satisfaction and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of quality of life, selfcare ability and compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the scores of SAS and SDS were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 73.33% of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33%, which was lower than 20.00% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion For acne patients during the intensive pulsed light treatment, refined facial nursing can improve the quality of life of patients, improve their negative emotions and compliance, improve nursing satisfaction, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
