Abstract:Objective To explore the value of comprehensive intervention based on PERMA theory in patients with cosmetic suture repair of ocular trauma. Methods From June 2022 to March 2024, 60 patients with cosmetic suture of ocular trauma in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given comprehensive intervention based on PERMA theory. The disease cognition, self-management ability, scar condition, nursing satisfaction rate and negative emotions were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of each dimension of disease cognition and self-management ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of each dimension and total score of VSS, SAS and SDS scores after nursing in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive intervention based on PERMA theory can improve the cognition and self-management ability of patients with cosmetic suture of ocular trauma, improve their psychological state and skin scar, and patients' satisfaction is high.
