Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of humanistic communication strategy in the nursing of patients with skin beauty. Methods A total of 98 patients who received skin cosmetology in Weihai Central Hospital Affiliated to Qingdao University from January 2022 to January 2024 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 49 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given humanistic communication strategy on the basis of the control group. The adverse emotions, nursing quality, compliance, adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of nursing quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The compliance of the observation group (97.96%) was higher than that of the control group (77.55%) (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (4.08%) was lower than that in the control group (24.49%) (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group (97.96%) was higher than that of the control group (79.59%) (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of humanistic communication strategy in the nursing of patients with skin beauty is effective, which can effectively improve the quality of nursing, improve the patients' adverse emotions, improve their treatment compliance, help to reduce the risk of complications, so as to improve the quality of life of patients, and the patients' satisfaction with nursing services is high.
