    目的 探讨在皮肤美容患者护理中实施人文沟通策略的效果。方法 选取2022年1月-2024年 1月于青岛大学附属威海市中心医院接受皮肤美容的98例患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每 组49例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施人文沟通策略,比较两组不良情绪、护理质 量、依从性、不良反应发生情况及护理满意度。结果 观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P <0.05); 观察组护理质量各项评分均高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组依从性(97.96%),高于对照组(77.55%) (P <0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(4.08%)低于对照组(24.49%)(P <0.05);观察组护理满意度 (97.96%)高于对照组(79.59%)(P <0.05)。结论 人文沟通策略在皮肤美容患者护理中的应用效果确 切,可有效提升护理质量,改善患者的不良情绪,提高其治疗依从性,有利于降低并发症发生风险,从而 提高患者的生活质量,且患者对护理服务的满意度较高。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the effect of humanistic communication strategy in the nursing of patients with skin beauty. Methods A total of 98 patients who received skin cosmetology in Weihai Central Hospital Affiliated to Qingdao University from January 2022 to January 2024 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 49 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given humanistic communication strategy on the basis of the control group. The adverse emotions, nursing quality, compliance, adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of nursing quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The compliance of the observation group (97.96%) was higher than that of the control group (77.55%) (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (4.08%) was lower than that in the control group (24.49%) (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group (97.96%) was higher than that of the control group (79.59%) (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of humanistic communication strategy in the nursing of patients with skin beauty is effective, which can effectively improve the quality of nursing, improve the patients' adverse emotions, improve their treatment compliance, help to reduce the risk of complications, so as to improve the quality of life of patients, and the patients' satisfaction with nursing services is high.
