    重组Ⅲ型人源化胶原蛋白属于一种通过生物工程技术合成蛋白质,主要模仿人体内自然存在Ⅲ型 胶原蛋白结构及功能,具有良好生物相容性及生物可降解性,可以促进细胞粘附、增殖及分化。目前,重 组Ⅲ型人源化胶原蛋白已广泛应用于皮肤修复、组织工程支架、药物输送系统、细胞培养基质等领域。在 化妆品行业多用于皮肤保湿及抗衰老等。但目前有关重组Ⅲ型人源化胶原蛋白在炎症性皮肤疾病、创面修 复及皮肤年轻化治疗中研究相对较少。本文通过综述重组Ⅲ型人源化胶原蛋白简介、制备技术、分类,并 重点讨论重组Ⅲ型人源化胶原蛋白在炎症性皮肤疾病、创面修复及皮肤年轻化领域中应用及未来发展方 向,以期明确其应用价值。

    Abstract:

    Recombinant type Ⅲ humanized collagen belongs to a protein synthesized by bioengineering technology. It mainly mimics the structure and function of type Ⅲ collagen naturally existing in the human body. It has good biocompatibility and biodegradability, and can promote cell adhesion, proliferation and differentiation. At present, recombinant type Ⅲ humanized collagen has been widely used in skin repair, tissue engineering scaffold, drug delivery system, cell culture matrix and other fields. In the cosmetics industry, it is mostly used for skin moisturizing and anti-aging. However, there are relatively few studies on recombinant type Ⅲ humanized collagen in the treatment of inflammatory skin diseases, wound repair and skin rejuvenation. This article reviews the introduction, preparation technology and classification of recombinant type Ⅲ humanized collagen, and focuses on the application and future development direction of recombinant type Ⅲ humanized collagen in the fields of inflammatory skin diseases, wound repair and skin rejuvenation, in order to clarify its application value.
