Abstract:Recombinant type Ⅲ humanized collagen belongs to a protein synthesized by bioengineering technology. It mainly mimics the structure and function of type Ⅲ collagen naturally existing in the human body. It has good biocompatibility and biodegradability, and can promote cell adhesion, proliferation and differentiation. At present, recombinant type Ⅲ humanized collagen has been widely used in skin repair, tissue engineering scaffold, drug delivery system, cell culture matrix and other fields. In the cosmetics industry, it is mostly used for skin moisturizing and anti-aging. However, there are relatively few studies on recombinant type Ⅲ humanized collagen in the treatment of inflammatory skin diseases, wound repair and skin rejuvenation. This article reviews the introduction, preparation technology and classification of recombinant type Ⅲ humanized collagen, and focuses on the application and future development direction of recombinant type Ⅲ humanized collagen in the fields of inflammatory skin diseases, wound repair and skin rejuvenation, in order to clarify its application value.
