Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of composite resin multilayer restoration technology in patients with aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth. Methods A total of 60 patients who received aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth in the Department of Stomatology, Qinhuangdao Haigang Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received composite resin direct bonding restoration technology, and the observation group received composite resin multilayer restoration technology. The anterior teeth aesthetic effect, gingivitis and psychological state were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of PES and WES in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference were statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of gingivitis in the observation group was 13.33%, which was lower than 40.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group, and the difference were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of composite resin multilayer restoration technology in patients with aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth is effective, and the aesthetic effect of anterior teeth is better than that of composite resin direct bonding restoration technology. It can reduce the incidence of gingivitis after repair and improve the psychological state of patients.
