    目的 分析超分子水杨酸化学焕肤剂在轻中度痤疮治疗中的应用价值及对患者皮肤屏障功能的影 响。方法 选取2022年11月-2024年1月贵州省遵义市妇幼保健院收治的86例轻中度痤疮患者为研究对象,采 用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组采取常规治疗方案,观察组则加入超分子水杨酸化 学焕肤剂治疗,比较两组临床疗效、症状缓解时间、皮肤屏障功能、患者自我评价、不良反应及复发情况。 结果 观察组总有效率为93.02%,高于对照组的81.40%(P<0.05);观察组红斑消退、肿痛消退、结痂、痂 皮脱落时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后经皮水分流失低于对照组,角质层含水量高于对照组 (P<0.05);观察组皮肤改善自我评价高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意 义(P>0.05);观察组复发率为4.65%,低于对照组的13.95%(P<0.05)。结论 超分子水杨酸化学焕肤剂 的疗效与安全性高,该法可有效促进患者临床症状缓解,改善患者皮肤屏障功能,值得临床应用。

    Abstract:

    Objective To analyze the application value of supramolecular salicylic acid chemical peeling agent in the treatment of mild to moderate acne and its impact on patients' skin barrier function. Methods A total of 86 patients with mild to moderate acne admitted to Zunyi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from November 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method, with 43 patients in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, while the observation group was given supramolecular salicylic acid chemical peeling agent on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, symptom relief time, skin barrier function, patient self-assessment, adverse reactions and recurrence were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.02%, which was higher than 81.40% in the control group (P <0.05). The erythema regression time, swelling and pain regression time, incrustation time and decrustation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P <0.05). The transepidermal water loss in the observation group after treatment was lower than that in the control group, and the stratum corneum hydration was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The self-assessment of skin improvement in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P >0.05). The recurrence rate in the observation group was 4.65%, which was lower than 13.95% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Supramolecular salicylic acid chemical peeling agent has high efficacy and safety, which can effectively promote the relief of clinical symptoms and improve the skin barrier function of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
