Objective To explore the clinical effect of micro-focused ultrasound+gold microneedle technology in the treatment of facial skin rejuvenation. Methods From January to December 2022, 70 patients who underwent facial skin rejuvenation treatment in Changzhou Segor Medical Beauty Hospital were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into control group and experimental group by the random number table method, with 35 patients in each group. The control group was treated with gold microneedle technology, and the experimental group was treated with micro-focused ultrasound on the basis of the control group. The wrinkle severity, skin improvement, facial skin status, patient and physician satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The WSRS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and the skin improvement and facial skin condition were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). The patient satisfaction rate of the experimental group (97.14%) was higher than that of the control group (82.86%) (P <0.05). After 1 and 3 months of treatment , the physician satisfaction rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The gold microneedle technology combined with micro-focused ultrasound for patients with facial skin rejuvenation treatment can recover the skin status and have better satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
