Objective To explore the application effect of supraareolar incision mammary augmentation combined with breast lift surgery in breast ptosis plastic surgery. Methods From May 2022 to June 2023, 50 patients with breast ptosis admitted to the Department of Plastic Surgery, Changsha Yestar Medical Cosmetology Hospital were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into conventional group and experimental group by the random number table method, with 25 patients in each group. The conventional group was treated with conventional prosthesis for mammary augmentation surgery, and the experimental group was treated with supraareolar incision mammary augmentation combined with breast lift surgery. The clinical efficacy, breast symmetry and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 96.00%, which was higher than 80.00% in the conventional group (P <0.05). The breast symmetry score in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group at 30 days, 3 months and 6 months after operation (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 8.00%, which was lower than 24.00% in the conventional group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of supraareolar incision mammary augmentation combined with breast lift surgery in breast ptosis plastic surgery is effective, which can effectively improve breast ptosis problem, enhance the postoperative breast symmetry, and the complication rate is lower. It is worthy of clinical application.
