Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of linear mammoplasty repair on breast morphology in patients with breast ptosis. Methods A total of 64 patients with breast ptosis admitted to Shanghai Yestar Medical Cosmetology Hospital from April 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 32 patients in each group. The control group was treated with double-loop surgery, and the observation group was treated with linear mammoplasty repair. The breast morphology, breast repair satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the distance from the midpoint of the inframammary fold to the nipple, the distance from the sternum to the nipple, the chest circumference through the nipple, and the diameter of the areola in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of breast repair in the observation group was 96.88%, which was higher than 81.25% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.25%, which was lower than 25.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of linear mammoplasty repair on patients with breast ptosis can effectively adjust breast morphology and improve breast repair satisfaction. Meanwhile, the incidence of postoperative complications is low, and the application safety is high.
