Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of standardized nursing on oral aesthetics of patients with anterior teeth allceramic aesthetic restoration. Methods A total of 74 patients who underwent anterior teeth all-ceramic aesthetic restoration in the Department of Stomatology, China-Japan Friendship Hospital from August 2022 to August 2024 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into reference group and experimental group by the random number table method, with 37 patients in each group. The reference group was implemented routine nursing, and the experimental group was implemented standardized nursing. The oral aesthetics, psychological state, quality of life, nursing satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of restoration color, alignment, facial improvement and overall aesthetics in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group (P <0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and those in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group (P <0.05). The scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.30%, which was higher than 78.38% of the reference group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 5.41%, which was lower than 24.32% in the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of standardized nursing in patients with anterior teeth all-ceramic aesthetic restoration is good, which can improve oral aesthetics, effectively improve patients' psychological state, and is helpful to improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
