Abstract:Objective To explore the nursing effect of diversified nursing combined with humanistic care in patients with hypertrophic scar treated with CO2 fractional laser. Methods A total of 82 patients with hypertrophic scar treated with CO2 fractional laser from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into conventional group and experimental group by the random number table method, with 41 patients in each group. The conventional group was given conventional nursing service, and the experimental group was given diversified nursing combined with humanistic care service. The scar condition, pigmentation rate, negative emotions, nursing satisfaction and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results The score of VSS in the experimental group was lower than that in the conventional group at 1 week and 1 month after intervention (P <0.05). The incidence of pigmentation in the experimental group was 4.88%, which was lower than 17.07% in the conventional group (P <0.05). After intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was 95.12%, which was higher than 78.05% in the conventional group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 4.88%, which was lower than 14.63% in the conventional group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of diversified nursing combined with humanistic care for patients with hypertrophic scar treated with CO2 fractional laser can not only effectively improve scar, reduce the incidence of pigmentation, but also effectively alleviate negative emotions and improve patient satisfaction with nursing service. It is worthy of clinical application.
