Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of four-handed nursing intervention on nursing quality and psychological state of patients with minimally invasive cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth. Methods A total of 88 patients with minimally invasive cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth admitted to our hospital from September 2021 to September 2024 were selected, and they were divided into conventional group (n =44) and four-handed group (n =44) by the random number table method. The conventional group was given conventional nursing intervention, and the four-handed group was given four-handed operation nursing intervention on the basis of the conventional group. The nursing quality, psychological state, comfort, nursing satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of overall aesthetics, psychological state, face improvement and restoration color in the four-handed group were higher than those in the conventional group (P <0.05). After nursing, the scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) in the four-handed group were lower than those in the conventional group (P <0.05). The comfort degree in the four-handed group (97.73%) was higher than that in the conventional group (79.55%) (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the four-handed group (93.18%) was higher than that in the conventional group (72.73%) (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the four-handed group (2.27%) was lower than that in the conventional group (18.18%) (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of four-handed operation nursing intervention in minimally invasive cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth can effectively reduce patients' adverse emotions, improve comfort, nursing satisfaction and nursing quality, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
