Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of detailed nursing mode in patients with chronic urticaria and its influence on quality of life. Methods A total of 68 patients with chronic urticaria admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 34 patients in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing, and the observation group was given detailed nursing mode. The nursing effect, nursing satisfaction, quality of life, pain and adverse emotions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 94.12%, which was higher than 73.53% in the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 97.06%, which was higher than 73.53% in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of VAS, SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Detailed nursing mode can improve the nursing effect of patients with chronic urticaria, improve their quality of life, reduce the degree of pain, improve adverse emotion, and the patients' nursing satisfaction is high.
