Abstract:Objective To investigate the aesthetics effect of red and blue light therapeutic apparatus combined with oral isotretinoin in the treatment of facial acne. Methods A total of 98 patients with facial acne admitted to the Department of Dermatology of our hospital from March 2022 to April 2024 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method, with 49 patients in each group. The control group was treated with oral isotretinoin, and the observation group was treated with red and blue light therapeutic apparatus on the basis of the control group. The Leeds score, clinical efficacy, psychological state, adverse reactions and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The Leeds score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment, and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.92%, which was higher than 83.67% in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of HAMA and HAMD in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). There was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P >0.05). The total satisfaction rate in the observation group was 95.92%, which was higher than 81.63% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The aesthetics effect of red and blue light therapeutic apparatus combined with oral isotretinoin in the treatment of facial acne is good, which can promote the recovery of acne and improve the psychological state of patients, and there are fewer adverse reactions, with higher safety. Meanwhile, patients are satisfied with the treatment scheme, which is worthy of application.
