Abstract:Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with ultra-pulsed CO2 Fractional Laser in the treatment of acne scar of qi stagnation and blood stasis type. Methods A total of 120 patients with acne scar of qi stagnation and blood stasis type admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected, and they were divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method, with 60 patients in each group. The control group was treated with ultra-pulsed CO2 Fractional Laser alone, and the observation group was treated with Jinyinhua Oral Liquid on this basis. The clinical efficacy, acne scar condition, quality of life and scar base depth were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group (93.33%) was higher than that in the control group (73.33%), and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the acne scar score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the DLQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The scar base depth of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with ultra-pulsed CO2 Fractional Laser in the treatment of patients with acne scar of qi stagnation and blood stasis type is relatively satisfactory, which can effectively alleviate patients' scar condition and improve their quality of life. It is worthy of clinical application.
