Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical value of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy after hand burned cicatricial contracture plastic surgery and the improvement effect on patients' hand function and scar. Methods A total of 40 patients who received hand burned cicatricial contracture plastic surgery in our hospital from January to July 2024 were selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 20 patients in each group. The control group received basic rehabilitation intervention, and the observation group received comprehensive rehabilitation therapy. The function recovery, scar improvement, quality of life, complication rate and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the scores of hand pain, hand numbness and strength insufficiency in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of scar color, scar thickness and scar softness in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of physical function, vitality and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group (15.00%) was lower than that in the control group (45.00%) (P <0.05). The satisfaction score of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can effectively improve the condition of patients after hand burned cicatricial contracture plastic surgery, which is conducive to promoting functional recovery and scar improvement, improving the quality of life, with fewer complications, and patients are satisfied with the overall rehabilitation effect.
