Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention based on the refined concept on scar condition after plastic and cosmetic suture surgery in patients with maxillofacial trauma. Methods From May 2022 to May 2024, 100 patients with maxillofacial trauma who underwent plastic and cosmetic suture surgery in our hospital were selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group received conventional nursing intervention, and the observation group received nursing intervention based on the refined concept. The scar condition, aesthetic effect, medical coping mode, psychological state and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The POSAS and VSS scores in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The excellent rate of aesthetic effect in the observation group (98.00%) was higher than that in the control group (74.00%) (P <0.05). After nursing, the coping score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the avoidance and submission factor scores were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of interpersonal sensitivity, terror symptoms, depression and anxiety in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the observation group (98.00%) was higher than that in the control group (74.00%) (P <0.05). Conclusion The application effect of nursing intervention based on the refined concept after plastic and cosmetic suture surgery in patients with maxillofacial trauma is good, which can effectively reduce scar condition, improve the aesthetic effect. It is conducive to improve patients' coping mode and psychological condition, and has positive significance in enhancing nursing satisfaction.
