Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of intervention mode based on clinical nursing pathway on skin condition and psychological state of patients treated with facial rejuvenation by water light injection. Methods A total of 100 patients treated with facial rejuvenation by water light injection admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided control group and observation group by the random number table method, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing, and the observation group was given intervention mode based on clinical nursing pathway on the basis of the control group. The skin condition, psychological state, serological indicators, adverse events and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the skin elasticity and skin hydration of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the cortex and melanin were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). After nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). After nursing, the levels of matrix metalloproteinase-1 and matrix metalloproteinase-12 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 2.00%, which was lower than 14.00% in the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 98.00%, which was higher than 84.00% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The intervention mode based on clinical nursing pathway has a positive impact on the skin condition and psychological state of patients treated with facial rejuvenation by water light injection, which can improve patients’ serological indexes, reduce the incidence of adverse events, and have high patient satisfaction.
