Objective To analyze the effect of seamless nursing management on postoperative complications and quality of life of patients with periocular skin relaxation treated by eye bag plastic surgery. Methods A total of 48 patients with periocular skin relaxation who underwent eye bag plastic surgery in our hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 24 patients in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing, and the observation group was given seamless nursing management on the basis of the control group. The psychological state, intervention effect, postoperative complications, nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group (95.83%) was higher than that of the control group (70.83%) (P <0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group (4.17%) was lower than that in the control group (29.17%) (P <0.05). The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). After intervention, the quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of seamless nursing management to patients with periocular skin relaxation treated by eye bag plastic surgery can improve their adverse psychological state, improve intervention effect, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and patients' nursing satisfaction and quality of life are higher.
