Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of nursing cooperation under four-handed operation on the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients with dental defect repaired by all-ceramic inlay. Methods From March 2022 to February 2024, 86 patients with dental defect repaired by all-ceramic inlay admitted to Laiwu Central Hospital of Shandong Yiyang Health Group were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into reference group and study group by the random number table method, with 43 patients in each group. The reference group was given routine nursing intervention, and the study group was given nursing cooperation under four-handed operation. The number of suspended operations and outpatient stay time, psychological mood, adverse reaction rate, quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The number of suspended operations in the study group was less than that in the reference group, and the outpatient stay time was shorter than that in the reference group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). After nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were lower than those in the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group (2.33%) was lower than that in the reference group (18.60%), and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The quality of life score of the study group after nursing was higher than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The total nursing satisfaction in the study group (97.67%) was higher than that in the reference group (81.40%), and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with dental defect repaired by all-ceramic inlay, nursing cooperation under four-handed operation can not only reduce the number of suspended operations and effectively shorten the outpatient stay time, but also improve the negative emotions of patients, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, and obtain higher nursing satisfaction.
