Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of digital implantology restoration on oral health level in patients with anterior teeth loss. Methods From March to December 2022, 70 patients with anterior teeth loss admitted to Panzhou People’s Hospital were selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 35 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional implantology, and the observation group was treated with digital implantology. The clinical efficacy, soft tissue aesthetic effect, implant migration and oral health level were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment excellence rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The PES score of the observation group at 1 and 6 months after treatment was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The volume of implant migration in the observation group after treatment was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of PLI, GI and SBI in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of digital implantology technology in patients with anterior teeth loss is effective, which can improve the soft tissue aesthetic effect, and the long-term migration is low, which is conducive to restoring the oral health of patients, and it is worthy of clinical application.
