Abstract:Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of 755nm picoseconds laser combined with rhEGF on adverse reactions in with large pores of relaxation type. Methods A total of 83 patients with large pores of relaxation type treated in our hospital from January 2023 to 2024 were selected as the research subjects. The Excel random function method was used to divide the patients into a single group (n=42) a combined group (n=41). The single group was treated with 755nm picoseconds laser, and the combined group was treated with 75nm picoseconds laser rhEGF. The total effective rate of clinical treatment, the degree of improvement of large pores, the score of pore visibility, the incidence adverse reactions, and the satisfaction of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was 95.12 which was higher than that in the single group (76.19%, P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the degree of of large pores between the two groups at the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th treatments (P > 0.0), but the degree of improvement of large pores in the combined group was lower than that in the single group at the 5th treatment (P < 0.5). The pore visibility scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the combined group was lower than the single group (P < 0.0). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was 4.88%, which was lower than that in the single group (23.80 P < 0.05). The treatment satisfaction of the combined group was 97.56%, which was higher than that of the single group (85.71%, P < 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of large pores of relaxation type with 755nm picoseconds laser rhEG can achieve ideal treatment effects, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, improve pore visibility and pore size, and improve treatment satisfaction.
