    目的 比较口外弓与微型种植支抗在正畸患者中的矫治效果。方法 选取2023年6月-9月我院收治 的52例颌面畸形矫治患儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将入选患儿分成对照组和观察组,各26例。入选 患儿均接受正畸治疗,其中对照组予以口外弓支抗,观察组予以微型种植支抗,比较两组矫治效果、并 发症、牙周健康情况及牙周组织骨保护素。结果 观察组矫治优良率为96.15%,高于对照组的73.08% (P <0.05);观察组并发症发生率为7.69%,低于对照组的26.92%(P <0.05);观察组治疗后PD、CAL、 BI、PLI均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后牙周组织骨保护素高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 相较于 口外弓支抗,微型种植支抗在正畸治疗中可提升矫治效果,改善牙周健康状况,提高牙周组织骨保护素水 平,降低并发症发生率。

    Abstract:

    Objective To compare the orthodontic effects of extraoral arch and micro-implant anchorage in orthodontic patients. Methods A total of 52 orthodontics children with maxillofacial deformity admitted to our hospital from June to September 2023 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 26 children in each group. All of the selected children received orthodontics, in which the control group was given extraoral arch anchorage, and the observation group was given micro-implant anchorage. The orthodontic effect, complications, periodontal health and periodontal tissue osteoprotegerin were compared between the two groups. Results The orthodontic excellence rate of the observation group was 96.15%, which was higher than 73.08% of the control group (P <0.05). The complication rate of the observation group was 7.69%, which was lower than 26.92% of the control group (P <0.05). The PD, CAL, BI and PLI of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The periodontal tissue osteoprotegerin of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with extraoral arch anchorage, micro-implant anchorage can enhance the orthodontic effect, improve the periodontal health, increase the level of periodontal tissue osteoprotegerin, and reduce the incidence of complications.
