Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of CICARE communication nursing in patients with laser cosmetology and its influence on skin lesion degree and psychological state. Methods From January 2021 to January 2023, 100 patients who underwent laser cosmetology in Nanjing Medical University Eye Hospital were selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing mode, and the experimental group was given CICARE communication nursing on the basis of the control group. The VISIA score, treatment compliance score, complication rate, psychological state (SCL-90) and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The VISIA score of the experimental group after intervention was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The treatment compliance score of the experimental group after intervention was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P >0.05). The SCL-90 score of the experimental group after intervention was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 92.00%, which was higher than 78.00% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion CICARE communication nursing can effectively improve the treatment compliance of patients with laser cosmetology, ameliorate skin lesion severity, reduce their adverse psychological state, and have higher patient satisfaction.
