Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention based on information platform on hair growth rate in androgenetic alopecia patients after microneedle treatment. Methods A total of 200 androgenetic alopecia patients who underwent microneedle treatment at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of TCM from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into reference group and experimental group by the random number table method, with 100 patients in each group. The reference group was given conventional nursing, and the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing intervention based on the information platform. The intervention effect, hair growth rate, psychological condition and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 95.00%, which was higher than 80.00% in the reference group (P<0.05). The hair growth rate of frontal horn, Baihui and posterior parietal in the experimental group was higher than those in the reference group (P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 1.00%, which was lower than 7.00% in the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention based on information platform in androgenetic alopecia patients after microneedle treatment has a good effect, which can improve the hair growth rate, help to improve patients' psychological condition, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical application.
