Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of CICARE communication mode in the nursing of patients undergoing aesthetic plastic outpatient surgery and its impact on adverse emotions. Methods From January 2023 to March 2024, 100 patients with facial aesthetic plastic surgery admitted to the aesthetic plastic surgery outpatient of our hospital were selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing mode, and the observation group was given CICARE communication mode. The adverse emotions, vital signs, knowledge mastery, postoperative pain degree and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After operation, the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than those before operation, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). After operation, the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and heart rate in the two groups were lower than those before operation, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The knowledge mastery of the observation group (96.00%) was better than that of the control group (80.00%) (P <0.05). The degree of postoperative pain in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group (98.00%) was higher than that of the control group (82.00%) (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of CICARE communication mode for patients undergoing aesthetic plastic outpatient surgery can reduce adverse emotions, improve vital signs, improve knowledge mastery, reduce postoperative pain, with high patient satisfaction and exact application value.
