    牙槽骨由硬骨板、皮质骨和松质骨构成,健康的牙槽骨有利于维持牙列的完整性,若牙槽骨的完 整性被破坏,则会导致患者的咀嚼功能下降、咀嚼效率降低,造成口颌系统稳定性受损。骨开裂和骨开窗 也是一种常见的牙槽骨缺损形式,在行牙科治疗前对牙槽骨缺损的评估具有重要意义。随着影像学技术的 发展及锥形束CT(CBCT)的出现,影像技术实现了从二维平面到三维立体的转变,可以更加清晰立体地 呈现出牙与牙、牙与颌骨间的解剖关系,有利于提高自然人群中骨开裂骨开窗诊断准确率。本文主要对基 于锥形束CT的牙槽骨骨开裂和骨开窗的研究进展作一综述,以期为临床开展更加完善的正畸及种植治疗 提供参考及指导。

    Abstract:

    The alveolar bone consists of lamina dura, cortical bone and cancellous bone. Healthy alveolar bone is conducive to maintaining the integrity of dentition. If the integrity of alveolar bone is destroyed, it will lead to the decrease of masticatory function and masticatory efficiency, resulting in the damage of oral and maxillofacial system stability. Bone dehiscence and fenestration are common forms of alveolar bone defects, and it is important to evaluate alveolar bone defects before dental treatment. With the development of imaging technology and the emergence of cone beam CT (CBCT), imaging technology has realized the transformation from two-dimensional plane to three-dimensional space, which can more clearly and stereoscopically present the anatomic relationship between teeth and teeth, teeth and jaw, and is conducive to improving the diagnostic accuracy for bone dehiscence and fenestration in natural population. This article mainly reviews the research progress of alveolar bone dehiscence and fenestration based on cone beam CT, in order to provide reference and guidance for more perfect orthodontics and implant treatment in clinic.
