Abstract:Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) and squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) are common skin malignancies. Although their biological behaviors are different, they can both be controlled by medical aesthetic technology. With the advancement of medical aesthetic technology, the treatment options for BCC and SCC have been significantly innovated, especially in minimally invasive treatment, laser therapy, cryotherapy, and immunotherapy. This review discusses the basic pathological characteristics of BCC and SCC and the limitations of traditional treatment methods, focusing on the application progress of medical aesthetic treatment in the treatment of these two types of skin cancer. By analyzing research results and clinical applications, the clinical effects, advantages and disadvantages of innovative treatment methods and future development trends are demonstrated. At the same time, the differences in medical aesthetic treatment strategies for basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma are summarized, hoping to provide valuable references for further clinical treatment and help the development of the medical aesthetic field.
