Objective: To study the clinical application effect of ear acupoints combined with scraping therapy in traditional Chinese medicine beauty for acne patients. Method: Eighty patients with facial acne admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table. The control group received routine Western medicine treatment, while the observation group received ear acupuncture combined with scraping therapy. The total clinical effective rate of the two groups was compared; Scar condition; Clinical symptom score; Incidence of complications. Result: The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); After treatment, the scar condition and clinical symptom score of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05); The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of ear acupoints combined with scraping therapy can improve facial scars and promote the improvement of clinical symptoms in facial acne, which is worth promoting.
