Abstract:Objective: To explore and analyze the effect of abdominal autologous dermal filling in repairing nasal base depression. Methods: From March 2022 to October 2024, 96 patients with nasal base depression who underwent repair treatment in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a study group and a control group based on the principle of random envelope drawing, with 48 cases in each group. The study group received autologous dermal filling and repair treatment for the abdomen, and the control group received granular rib cartilage filling and repair treatment. The prognosis of both groups of patients was recorded and observed. Results: The nasal facial angle and nasal frontal angle in both groups were higher than those on day 1 before surgery at 3 months after surgery (P<0.05), and the study group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than the control group at 3 months after surgery (P<0.05). The excellent and good therapeutic rate of the study group was higher than the control group at 3 months after surgery (P<0.05). Conclusion: Autologous dermal filling of the abdomen for repairing nasal base depression can improve the patient's nasal facial angle and nasal frontal angle, as well as increase the rate of excellent therapeutic effect and reduce the incidence of complications.
