Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect platelet-rich plasma combined with intensive pulsed light in the treatment of mild to moderate facial sensitive skin. Methods From January 2022 to December 2023, 50 patients with mild to moderate facial sensitive skin admitted to Beijing Laserking BeauCare Clinic North Third Ring Road Medical Cosmetic Clinic were selected as the research subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into conventional group and experimental group, with 25 patients in each group. The conventional group was treated with intenseive pulsed light, and the experimental group was treated with platelet-rich plasma injection on the basis of the conventional group. The clinical efficacy, skin score and treatment satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 96.00%, which was higher than 76.00% in the conventional group (P <0.05). The scores of erythema, enlarged pores, wrinkles and glossiness in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group (P <0.05). The treatment satisfaction rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of platelet-rich plasma combined with intensive pulsed light in the treatment of patients with mild to moderate facial sensitive skin is accurate, which can effectively improve their skin condition and enhance their treatment satisfaction.
