Abstract:The main types of scar include hypertrophic scar, keloid, depressed scar, atrophic scar and superficial scar. The pathogenesis of scar is closely related to the excessive proliferation and differentiation of fibroblasts, abnormal apoptosis, collagen deposition and abnormal hyperplasia of local blood vessels. Currently, there are many treatments for scar, but there are still major limitations. Clinically, scar hyperplasia is mostly inhibited by combination therapy, but a standardized treatment protocol has not been defined. In recent years, it has been found that the traditional Chinese medicine compounds combined with CO2 fractional laser for the treatment of scar can enhance the efficacy, reduce the recurrence rate and improve the safety, but it still deserves further exploration. This article summarizes and analyzes the related literature and reviews the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine compound combined with CO2 fractional laser in the treatment of scar, in order to provide some reference for clinical research and application.
