Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical value of bracketless invisible orthodontics technology in orthodontics treatment and its influence on periodontal health indexes. Methods A total of 88 patients who received orthodontics treatment in our hospital from June 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the control group and the treatment group by the random number table method, with 44 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional fixed orthodontics technology, and the treatment group was treated with bracketless invisible orthodontics technology. The periodontal health indexes, inflammatory response related indexes, occlusal force, masticatory function, pain degree, orthodontics effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the scores of SBI, PLI and GI in the treatment group were all lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-10, CRP and WBC in the treatment group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the VAS score, occlusal force and masticatory function in the treatment group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). The excellent and good rate of orthodontics treatment in the treatment group was 93.18%, which was higher than 75.00% in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 2.27%, which was lower than 18.18% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of bracketless invisible orthodontics technology in orthodontics treatment is ideal, which can improve patients' periodontal health and masticatory function, reduce the inflammatory response of the body, and improve the orthodontics effect, with less pain and lower incidence of adverse reactions.
