Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of collagen combined with injectable sodium hyaluronate compound solution in the treatment of neck wrinkles. Methods A total of 84 patients with neck wrinkles admitted to our hospital from November 2023 to October 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a study group using a random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. On the basis of routine treatment, the control group was treated with injectable sodium hyaluronate compound solution, while the study group received additional collagen injection. Allergan neck wrinkle scores before and after treatment, overall improvement, incidence of adverse reactions, and satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the reduction in Allergan wrinkle scores in the study group was more significant at both 1 and 3 months, showing superior outcomes compared with the control group (P < 0.05). The study group also showed better overall improvement (P < 0.05), a lower incidence of adverse reactions (P < 0.05), and higher overall patient satisfaction (P < 0.05).Conclusion Collagen combined with injectable sodium hyaluronate compound solution demonstrates better aesthetic outcomes, higher patient satisfaction, and favorable safety in the treatment of neck wrinkles.
